David Phillips Wins Two Whole Life Costing Awards for ESG Innovation

Not one, but two awards for our demonstrable sustainability impact.

We’re proud to be the winners of the Supply Chain and Overall Whole Life Costing awards at UKAA’s BTR Conference 2023. As the leading association for Build-to-Rent, these awards from the UKAA showcase our understanding and commitment to the amplified focus on improving sustainability across the sector. 
 
Working closely with partner, Get Living on projects such as East Village played a vital role in our success. The full refresh project involved 1,400 apartment units with the need to coordinate and replace approximately 30,000 furniture items. Using our asset-management system VAMOS, we provided a data-led approach for the client to make informed decisions and manage their furnishing assets. The vast scale of this project also led to the creation of our take-back scheme Release where we work with developers to save furniture from landfill.
