New Maker Yards
Three furniture schemes were requested to offer residents a choice of interiors. Making intelligent product selections with clever design choices, David Phillips provided three unique schemes using statement pieces specific to each scheme.
The Green Rooms
The Green Rooms in Manchester offer 1, 2, and 3-bedroom apartments to rent in a desirable and unique waterside central location. David Phillips worked with developer Amro Living to furnish 213 apartments and the entire communal amenity spaces to fit the luxury and contemporary feel of the development.
Newfoundland
Designed by renowned architects Horden Cherry Lee, this impressive piece of architecture with its arresting diagrid glass façade stands proud in the affluent Canary Wharf district. David Phillips was entrusted to provide a bespoke furniture solution throughout.
The Modern
For the Modern at Embassy Gardens David Phillips devised a fresh and inviting scheme that maximised the light and views across the Thames. The design is inspirational and showcases how an owner or occupier could use the space.
