Burleigh House

The client renting the property wanted to trial living in the area before committing to purchasing a property here so they didn’t want the hassle or commitment of purchasing furniture. Our stylist met the client on site to discuss all of their requirements, how the family would use the space, and what their tastes and preferences were. The client was very happy with the results.

We were asked to stage this recently renovated period property in South East London. the property had been finished with detailed wall panelling and subtle wallpaper designs throughout. We created a classic yet contemporary aesthetic using furniture featuring antique brass finishes and luxurious velvet upholstery. The hand-painted artwork and statement mirrors with detailed frames complimented the vast ceilings, drawing attention to the architecture of the walls.

Theatre Royal
This property was originally a Theatre that had been built in the 1800’s, it was bought by our client who transformed it into three beautiful and luxurious apartments. Our job was to show how the properties distinctive features could be worked into the day-to-day function of the apartments. Every space and corner in each apartment were utilised to show potential buyers how they could make the space work for them – whether this was a seating area under a staircase, or a desk tucked away for the new era of working from home.

We were asked to stage two substantial new build homes. One house had a more traditional feel, with piano black door frames and staircase which we echoed in our choice of furniture, while the other was more contemporary, so we introduced pops of colour throughout to liven up the white space. We designed custom upholstery and soft accessories to ensure both properties were unique, specifying bespoke artwork to be painted in a coordinating palette to really tie the schemes together. The first house we staged went under offer within a week and the vendor also purchased a large amount of the furniture in situ.
