Our standard assembly and installation service from our team of award-winning installers means you’re in safe hands. We will deliver, assemble and install all items, placing items in their designated room, as well as removing and disposing of all packaging sustainably.

Service does not include:

• Additional distance charges for deliveries outside of our local delivery areas.
• Hanging of prints and mirrors.
• Disconnection of old appliances or connection and testing of new ones.

If your order includes mirrors or prints our delivery and install team will be able to hang items in your chosen location as well as assembling and installing any other furniture items you may have purchased, removing and disposing of all packaging sustainably. Our full-service installation is designed to ensure your property is ready for immediate occupation by tenants or yourself as soon as our team close the door. The level of service we provide goes beyond that of standard delivery, with our team hanging pictures and prints, ironing bedlinen, making beds, and performing a final clean and inspection before they leave, removing and disposing of all packaging sustainably. Delivery is from 5 workings days (subject to stock availability).

Our installation team can install and connect electrical appliances when they deliver, and charges for this service start at only £14.99 + VAT.

This service covers all integrated, built-in and built-under appliances, free-standing fridges, freezers and fridge-freezers, laundry items and electric cookers. It does not include connection of gas appliances, which must be installed by a GasSafe engineer.

Installation can be selected at check out and added to your order.

Our key-collection service ensures that, rather than simply delivering items to your doorstep, our team can assemble and place items in their desired locations – even if you aren’t at the premises.

Simply provide us with the details of the designated key holder and we’ll take care of everything else – we’ll even take away all packaging and rubbish and can remove and dispose of old unwanted items by arrangement.
